HOW ARE YOUR APPS CONFIGURED? The software is installed on a workstation and the database is housed on a server which can be shared by mulitple users. The system can also run on a stand-alone PC. We can provide more detailed technical information upon request.

HOW DO YOU DISTRIBUTE YOUR SOFTWARE? All of our applications are leased under an on-going fee-for-use arrangement, billed monthly or annually. Pricing is based on the number of work stations the program is installed on.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT? The right to use to the software, technical support and software upgrades.

WHAT ABOUT TECHNICAL SUPPORT? Both telephone and modem support are included and are available from 8 AM to 5 PM CST. Clients can also access our website for additional support and resources.

HOW CAN ESC HELP US TO LOAD THE INITIAL DATA OURSELVES? We provide the training to perform this necessary aspect of system implementation if you elect to do it yourself. However, most clients elect to utilize our services to help speed the process.

IS THE TRAINING REQUIRED AND HOW LONG IS DOES IT LAST? Training is required for successful implementation of the software. We have found the training to be a vital component in implementing any software application. Keep in mind that you are purchasing a management system, not just a software package. The training can be setup on-site at your facility for two or four days, depending on the size and scope of your training needs. We can also provide web based training if you have a high speed internet connection. We can provide a detailed installation and training guide for your review upon request.

DOES INFORMATION SYSTEMS NEED TO BE INVOLVED? We also have a strong history of working successfully with Information Systems departments. We can provide all necessary technical specifications upon request.
